Hi All,
Had heard about CTC from a friend and do keep following mails time to time. One could as good as say I was waiting for something like this to come up, for me to jump at the opportunity! Part of the Strategic Marketing Group at Cognizant for the last (close to) 10 months, I have a zest for life. Known as the 'bubbly-one' amongst friends, I believe in the motto - Live and Let Live. :) The adventurous side of me - well, I'd say quite experimental. Love doing (almost) everything, as and when I get the opportunity. Special affinity towards water bodies - no words about the bliss they could give! Wanna experience all the madness, wildness, craziness, the good and the bad that is out there - Life is too short, to experience it all. I'd say, create an opportunity, if there exists none :) Cheers |

Hi friends!!! Im Rajendran, Engineer, NTPC... Im a newcomer to CTC... My first trek with CTC was the 2 day new year trek to Nagala... Really enjoyed that one... :) This is going to be my second trek with CTC...
Why i wanted to join this trek?- I dont know the ABCD of swimming.. :P So when i read through the activities in this trek, most of them being in water, it got me really excited.. :) Once, a soldier who was fighting amidst flying bullets at the border, died. Not at the war front, but when he went home on holidays and a coconut fell on his head. So there is no need of wasting our life fearing and not doing things we wish to do. Anything can happen anytime in our life. Uncertainty is an inevitable part of life. Enjoy that thrill... Im not saying that i don`t have fear of danger... But i decided that i want these adventurous trysts with danger much more than i fear them.. Adventures i wish to do: 1. flying in the air (obviously with a parachute); 2. skating down from the top of steep snow covered mountain. :) See u all!!!! |

Hi all
I'm a software engineer working in Ericsson,Chennai. I have been on CTC treks to Venkateshwara,Nagala and some Beach Cleanup activities. I'm a basic swimmer, and can manage to swim and stay afloat in a pool. However I do feel nervous swimming outside of swimming pools.:) I have heard about Agumbe, and was very excited when I heard this trek is combined with water sports. No brainer to pick this one. I would want to do sky-diving and a Himalayan trek before I die :) I'm just worried about one thing ..I have got a sudden transfer to another city ..and I don't know when I'll have to make the move.Which means there is a possibilty of having to miss the trip.I hope not! Cheers Vandhana |

Hi,
This is Kathir working in Wabco India, Chennai as a software engineer. Not a frequent trekker as many of you. But my activities include long distance cycling, running, occasional swimming and a lot of traveling. This will be my first trek with CTC and I am totally delighted to be a part of this water-themed trek. Water based activities always interest me and when I first saw the details of this trek, I could never turn this down. Gave it a shot and now am all set for what seems to be an adventurous fun-filled three days. Hoping to meet you all on Feb 5. Cheers, Kathiravan Ravivarman |

Hi Folks,
To introduce myself... Keen on any outdoor action especially those close with nature. Been actively Biking, Cycling, Jeep Offroading and a bit of trekking. Of course the photography that goes with all of it. Amateur for now, but edging towards a career associated with it. Though an engineer by qualification, working towards a career in Audio Visual productions and Life skills training. Believe in living life fully doing what I love to do right Now. We never know when that coconut will fall our heads right?! :) Will have to miss you guys on Feb 5th. Have a training session on that day with an NGO. Hope to make up for it on those three days, if not earlier! Bye for now. Ramesh

Hi friends, I am Venkat. I have done quite a few treks with CTC. But never with the A-Team. And I know only a few people in this trek Mayur who came with me for Bike trip to Wayand and Innavil who came for Top Slip. So i guess this will be a very exiting trip for me.
And about me, I am a software analyst at Bally Technologies. I too have an interest in photography and I guess i'll be able to take descent pictures. I will not be able to join you people on Feb 5th. I am going to Manampalli for this week end. Hope I can make up for it on the trek. Cheers, Venkat S |
