Hi all & thanks to Biju, Vadivel, Prasanna, Kaushik & rest of CTC tigers...for organizing this wonderful trip.
As a special mention for bikers, they are driven by passion , but this trip for them was no less strenuous than a regular trek. Count in the long night drive while coming back, fighting all the traffic, etc.
Thanks to Ranjan, such a nice guy, thanks to his generosity & also to the circumstances, that he gave me his Yamaha YZF R15 bike to drive, right after breakfast till the end.
Since due to some miscommunication, that there are no bikers, I left my pulsar at Thiruvamayur, and I was bit disappointed, but god was great to give me this 1000 cc (998 cc) machine.
So thats it, what a bike - awesome, and now u know guys know, whom to call when u need chauffeur for ur bike on such trips.
Note: Vadivel u will live for 100 more years, while I am typing this article, u r sms comes in for the balance payment.
Yes after Bikes, next on a Guys list is Girls… (can be vice versa …depends)
In the process of impressing 1 particular girl, though I failed terribly, but managed to get a smile in the end. That was Shrishti (guys relax…not that bad a PJ)….from the moment Prasanna & me, took the rowing boat into our hands, the boat was moving in zig-zig manner, and hardly an inch towards the destination. And that was where our little Miss Aishwarya got fired up & started complaining to her mom.
Since our - self respect was on line of fire, we refused to part with the wooden oars to the boatman, but continued, literally muscling our way through. Only when we overtook the boat ahead of us, she felt bit good. While everybody else were feeling dry , we were drenched again – not by sea - water but by our sweats for our sweet heart.
Many first timers –request you to give a shot to some treks as well, nice having all you around.
